Return Policy
May I cancel my order
We only accept order cancellations for generic products, and even then, only before the product has been produced. Custom orders cannot be canceled.
If the goods has already been processed, we are unable to cancel the order.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
- You have 3 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :
- The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE Exchange

To return an item, please email us at info@jewelpk.com or WhatsApp us +92 303 5662524 with the return reason and order details.

Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to our Warehouse.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
- 7-10 Working days are required for the exchange approval
DO WE OFFER REFUND?
- Unfortunately, we don't offer any refunds however in the case where we won't be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.

In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
